All payments for services rendered are due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise specified in a service agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees.
All services rendered by Webtech Vision are non-refundable. Once the service has been initiated or completed, no refunds will be issued.
Upon full payment for services, you will own the final deliverables. However, Webtech Vision reserves the right to use any project materials for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Webtech Vision will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services.
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information private and not disclose it to any third parties without prior written consent.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
Webtech Vision reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
